This module inserts Webform submissions as new rows in a Google Docs spreadsheet. In the future it may handle updating of entries as well as saving submissions into "docs" as well as "spreadsheets".
Requirements
- Webform module
- A copy of the Zend Gdata Client Library (v1.0.3+)
- The Google Spreadsheets PHP helper class from GitHub (currently included in this module).
Which version should I use?
- 6.x-1.x is for Drupal 6 / Webform 2.x and 3.x
- 7.x-1.x is for Drupal 7 / Webform 2.x and 3.x
- 7.x-4.x is for Drupal 7 / Webform 4.x
Installation and Usage
- Install the module.
- Visit admin/settings/content/webform-to-gdocs and enter your Google Docs credentials as well as the location of your Zend Gdata library
- Note: If you're on a Google apps account, your username is [email protected].
- I recommend saving the Zend Gdata folder to sites/all/libraries so that the full path to Gdata.php is
sites/all/libraries/zend_gdata/library/Zend/Gdata.php
.
- Visit any Webform and click on the "Webform" tab and then the new "Google Docs" tab. You should be able to select a spreadsheet to save the doc's future submissions into.
- Note: Your Webform's component's keys must match the column headers in your Google spreadsheet or the data will not come over!
